Abu dhabi: Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior said emergency warning sirens were activated. In a post on its X account, the ministry urged citizens and residents to remain calm, move to the nearest safe location, and follow updates through official channels.

According to Emirates News Agency, the activation of the sirens came as part of a routine test of the emergency warning system. The Ministry of Interior emphasized the importance of public awareness regarding safety procedures and assured that there was no immediate threat to public safety.
